the chances that I decide the election are zero,

so I'm just not going to bother.

所以我根本无需投票
The question is--you must have thought that, right?

You know that you're not going to decide the election,

你知道你并不能决定选举结果
so what does it matter?

那投票还是不投票又有什么关系
If you can introspect and ask, why is it that I vote?
