Now, adding that qualification opens the door to a worry.

The worry gets raised by Cebes who says,

even if we grant that the soul is nearly indestructible,
-
that's not good enough to get us immortality.

And he gives a very nice analogy of somebody who's--

a coat, which could outlast the owner
-
but isn't immortal.
