that is they were sedentary when possible,

other then when they had to go get food

would again not waste their calories but would save them

and contribute to the gene pool.

Doesn't it make sense then that being sedentary

and seeking out high fat, high sugar, high calorie foods

has become a priority woven into our biology?

But we're mismatched with environment.
